Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter performance characteristics.
◆Measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity, and the sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, so the measurement accuracy is high.
◆There is no resistance to flow in the measuring pipe, so there is no additional pressure loss; there is no moving part in the measuring pipe, so the sensor life is extremely long.
◆ Since the induced voltage signal is formed in the whole space filled with magnetic field, which is the average value on the pipe-loaded surface, the straight pipe section required for the sensor is shorter, with a length of 5 times the diameter of the pipe.
◆ Only the liner and electrode of the sensor part are in contact with the measured liquid, so as long as the electrode and liner materials are reasonably selected, they can be corrosion and wear resistant.

1, should be installed in the horizontal pipeline lower and vertically upward, avoid installation in the pipeline *** point and vertical downward;
