Overview of CH-WG flowmeter
CH-WG bend flowmeter is installed in the natural bend of industrial pipeline or horizontal straight pipe, no additional pressure loss, measurement repeatability is good, suitable for low working pressure, high media temperature, dirty media, strong mechanical vibration, large flow and other complex fluid working conditions.
Principle
Fluid at a certain temperature under a certain pressure conditions flow through a pipe, when it flows through the turn, the fluid will do the corresponding circular rotary motion. According to the theory of fluid forced spinning, fluid in the pipeline for circular motion and solid in the space state for circular motion is similar, so the fluid will inevitably produce centrifugal force of inertia, the size of the centrifugal force and the flow rate of the fluid, the density of the fluid and the radius of curvature for the circular motion (that is, the curvature radius of the bend sensor) and other factors.
As a result of the bend sensor radius of curvature is known, flow through the bend sensor of the fluid density can be measured by the temperature of the fluid, pressure and other parameters using the host computer to accurately find, so the size of the centrifugal force generated on the bend sensor is just a function of the fluid flow rate. As long as the size of the measured centrifugal force, you can measure the fluid flow rate in the pipe, the flow rate multiplied by the cross-sectional area of the pipe and the density of the fluid, the fluid flow can be calculated to determine. The calculation relationship is as follows:

Calculating the average flow rate V, the functional expression for calculating the flow rate can be derived as follows.

Structure form
Bend flowmeter primary sensing element - bend sensor is divided into the following three types according to the different installation pipeline:
