CH-LC elliptical gear flowmeter flow signal (i.e. elliptical gear rotation speed n) display, there are two kinds of on-site display and remote display.
The local display connects the rotation of the gear through a series of deceleration and adjustment of the speed ratio mechanism directly to the indicator needle on the meter panel and the total amount is displayed through a mechanical counter.
Remote display is mainly through the deceleration of the gear to drive the * magnet rotation, so that the spring relay contacts with the same rotation frequency as the * magnet synchronized closure or disconnection, so as to send out an electrical impulse remote to another display instrument.
Measuring principle:
CH-LC type elliptical gear flowmeter is the liquid in the flowmeter kind of flow, in the import and export ends will form a differential pressure, in the flowmeter kind of elliptical gear in the axis of non-stop rotation, the gap between the gears will be full of liquid, the liquid with the rotation of the gears are discharged, the number of revolutions of the gears and the flow rate value of the proportionality of the relationship between the measured number of revolutions of the elliptical gears can be obtained by the flow rate value.

CH-LC type elliptical gear flowmeter is suitable for diesel oil, gasoline, aviation oil, lubricating oil measurement, can be combined with HC series flow totalizer for quantitative control, this series of flowmeter is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, oil and grease products and other industries.
1、CH-LC-A type cast iron oval gear flowmeter is widely used in the measurement of all kinds of oil and non-corrosive liquid medium of cast iron.
2、CH-LC-E type cast steel oval gear flowmeter, used for high pressure, low corrosive media measurement.
3, CH-LC-B type stainless steel oval gear flowmeter, widely used in more corrosive liquid media, such as acid, alkali, salt and organic compounds, etc. measurement.
Elliptical gear flowmeter main features:
1, flow measurement and fluid flow state has nothing to do, this is because the elliptical gear flowmeter is relying on the measured medium pressure head to promote the rotation of the elliptical gear measurement.
2, the greater the viscosity of the medium, from the gear and measuring space gap leakage out of the leakage is more small, so the viscous skin of the nuclear measurement medium is more, the smaller the leakage error, the more favorable to the measurement.
3, high metering accuracy, suitable for high viscosity media flow measurement, but does not apply to fluids containing solid particles (solid particles will be stuck gears, so that the flow can not be measured). If the measured liquid medium is mixed with gas, will also cause measurement errors.
