Installation, use and maintenance
1, first check the level meter label data and ordering requirements are consistent with the distance from the level meter around the 200mm range shall not have the excitation of iron and other magnetic substances, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the level meter.
2, the level meter and the container should be equipped with a shut-off valve between the maintenance and cleaning to cut off the material. The installation of the body must be vertical, *** offset angle ≤ 3 °. Measuring range > 4m in the process of installation and use should increase the intermediate support point.
3, the liquid level meter into operation, should first open the upper flange gas-phase valve, and then slowly open the lower flange liquid-phase valve, so that the medium slowly flow into the cylinder so that the flip column (plate) one by one tracking instructions, and adjust the zero level with the adjusting screw.
4、Level meter guard conduit and the main conduit must be kept vertical.
5、After the installation is completed, it is necessary to guide the flip column of the display with magnet once so that it shows red above zero level and white below zero level.
