Product Introduction
CH-UHZ Toluene Magnetic Flap Level Gauge, also known as Magnetic Flap Level Gauge, is produced based on the design of buoyancy and magnetic principle. It is the product which our factory introduces and absorbs similar products from abroad, and absorbs, digests, improves, and produces according to the magnetic liquid level meter standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. Can be used for dry towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers and boilers and other equipment, media level detection. The series of magnetic level meter can do high sealing, anti-leakage adapted to high-pressure, high-temperature, corrosive media level measurement, the use of reliable, safe, it makes up for the glass plate (tube) level indication is not clear, easy to break the shortcomings of the high and low temperatures are not subject to the influence of the dramatic bending of the temperature, do not need a combination of multiple sets of liquid level meter. The whole process of measurement without blind spot, display eye-catching, intuitive readings, measurement range, especially the field indication part, because not in direct contact with the liquid medium, so for high temperature, high pressure and high contamination, poisonous, harmful, strong corrosive media, more obvious its superiority. Therefore, it is higher than the traditional glass tube, plate liquid level meter with higher reliability, safety, first time, practicality. Toluene magnetic flap level meter with a magnet float (referred to as magnetic float) in the measured medium position affected by the buoyancy effect. Changes in liquid level lead to changes in the position of the magnetic float, magnetic float and magnetic flip column (also known as magnetic flap) static magnetic coupling leads to the magnetic flip column flip a certain angle (magnetic flip column surface coated with different colors), which in turn reflects the level of liquid in the container. With the sensor (reed switch) and precision electronic components such as electronic modules and transmitter modules, can be transmitted output resistance value signals, current value (4 ~ 20mA) signals, switch signals and other electrical signals. This enables the combination of on-site observation and remote control.

Note: Selection should be based on the actual conditions to determine the site, different conditions selection is not the same, selection example: Model UHZ-C, side-mounted, medium alcohol, material 304, without display, with remote transmission, range 0 ~ 1500mm, temperature 180 ℃, flange DN25, (if the chemical industry, “must be”) (If it is a chemical enterprise, “must” be made into explosion-proof type)
Installation, use and maintenance
1, first check the level meter label data and ordering requirements are consistent with the distance from the level meter around the 200mm range shall not have the excitation of iron and other magnetic substances, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the level meter.
2, the level meter and the container should be equipped with a shut-off valve between the maintenance and cleaning to cut off the material. The installation of the body must be vertical, *** offset angle ≤ 3 °. Measuring range > 4m in the process of installation and use should increase the intermediate support point.
3, the liquid level meter into operation, should first open the upper flange gas-phase valve, and then slowly open the lower flange liquid-phase valve, so that the medium slowly flow into the cylinder so that the flip column (plate) one by one tracking instructions, and adjust the zero level with the adjusting screw.
4、Level meter guard conduit and the main conduit must be kept vertical.
5、After the installation is completed, it is necessary to guide the flip column of the display with magnet once so that it shows red above zero level and white below zero level.
