CH-UQZ Magnetic Float Level Gauge consists of three parts: magnetic float, sensor and transmitter. When the magnetic float floats up and down along the conduit with the liquid level change, the magnetic steel inside the float absorbs the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, so that the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor changes, and then the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. And can set the upper and lower limit alarm on the display instrument to realize the bit control of liquid level.

By the liquid level sensor and intelligent HART board (current converter) two parts, float and liquid level synchronization changes, control reed switch suction disconnect, so that the sensor resistance into a linear change, and then by the converter will be converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal and superimposed HART digital signal output.
