CH-CPDN11 series RF conductive material level switch is a level measurement equipment for fly ash, solid particles and adherent materials with strong applicability and reliability based on absorbing the technical advantages of similar products at home and abroad and combining with the independent innovative technology and process of Keiwei.

  CH-CPDN11 series RF-conducting level switch realizes level measurement and control by sensing the change of reactance (capacitance and impedance) between the probe and the tank body. Its internal electronic unit, by the probe measuring pole and the reactance between the unloaded tank body together constitute a balanced bridge circuit and produce a stable oscillation signal. When the measured medium covers the probe measuring pole, it will cause changes in the reactance between the probe measuring pole and the tank, resulting in an imbalance of the bridge circuit and stop generating an oscillating signal, which is detected by the back-end circuit and thus outputs an alarm signal. The oscillating signal as a radio frequency signal applied to the probe measurement pole at the same time, but also through the 1:1 voltage follower sent to the probe's protection pole, measurement pole and the protection pole of the radio frequency signal with equal potential, the same phase, the same frequency and isolation from each other. When the probe has hanging material, the measuring pole and the protective pole because there is no potential difference and the formation of electrical isolation to ensure that the signal changes in the protective pole does not affect the detection, so that changes in reactance on the probe measuring pole can only be measured by the probe measuring pole and the material between the tank to determine the probe hanging material will not affect the normal detection.
