Intelligent pressure transmitter consists of intelligent sensor and intelligent electronic board two parts, intelligent sensor part includes: capacitive sensor, measuring diaphragm detection circuit, temperature sensor and temperature compensation circuit and other components; intelligent electronic board part includes: microcomputer controller and peripheral circuitry, to complete the conversion of pressure signals to 4 ~ 20mA dc. Used to measure the pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert the pressure signal into 4 ~ 20mA DC signal output. The intelligent pressure transmitter produced by Xisen Automation can communicate with HART hand manipulator, through which it can set, adjust the pressure range, monitor or form a field monitoring system with the upper computer, which is widely used in the measurement and control system of weakly corrosive liquids, gases, and vapors in industrial pipelines.

Zero and range adjustment
The zero point and range adjustment of the transmitter can be adjusted on-site through the keypad of the transmitter itself; it can also be adjusted remotely through the handheld terminal. The specific method is as follows: after adding zero pressure and stabilizing, press and hold Z and S keys (Z is zero point adjustment, S is range adjustment) at the same time and release them for 5 seconds, press Z key for 2 seconds to adjust the zero point, and press S key for 2 seconds to adjust the full range after adding full range pressure and stabilizing. Note: The zero calibration range is ±8% of the pressure range, and the range calibration range is 30% to 100% of the pressure range, continuously adjustable. After adjustment, cover the sealing cap and tighten it.
