Pressure controller is an intelligent digital pressure measurement and control product integrating pressure measurement, display, output and control. The product is all-electronic structure, the front end with isolation membrane oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor, by the high-precision A/D conversion, by the microprocessor operation and processing, on-site display, and output all the way analog and two switching quantities.

Pressure controller installation
(1) Mechanical connection:
The 207-BP can be mounted directly on the hydraulic line via a pressure hose fitting (M20*1.5) (other size fittings can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (e.g., severe vibration or shock), the pressure fitting can be mechanically decoupled through a miniature hose.
Note: The range of less than 100KPa must be installed vertically.

(3) In order to prevent the effects of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be noted:
1, line connection as short as possible
2, the use of shielded wire
3, as far as possible to avoid direct proximity to the interference caused by the user device or electrical and electronic devices wiring
4, if installed with a miniature hose, the shell must be individually grounded
Intelligent pressure controller use notes.
Intelligent pressure controller storage and use in the ambient temperature of -20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, now on the occasion of humidity less than 80%.
Intelligent pressure controller connectors should be concentric when connecting the pipeline.
Intelligent pressure controller should be connected to the power supply with reference to 5.2 electrical connection for operation, after confirming that the operation is correct before turning on the power to run.
When disassembling the intelligent pressure controller, do not apply force to the instrument case.
