Working Principle.
The working principle of the flat membrane pressure sensor is the medium pressure directly on the sensor's diaphragm, so that the diaphragm produces with the medium pressure is proportional to the micro-displacement, so that the sensor's resistance to change, and with the electronic circuit to detect this change, and convert the output of a standard signal corresponding to the pressure.
