1、 Product standards: GB/T12706-2008
2、 Scope of use
This product is designed for transmission and distribution of power lines with a rated voltage of (U0/U) 0.6/1kv to 1kv/3kv
3、 Usage characteristics
1. The maximum rated temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ° C, and during a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250 ° C.
2. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0 ° C
3. Allowable bending radius during laying: Single core cables shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable; Multi core cables shall not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
4、 Model, name and usage conditions
Model Name Usage Conditions
YJV YJLV copper (aluminum) core cross-linked polyvinyl chloride insulated sheathed power cable is laid indoors, in channels and pipes, and can also be buried in loose soil. It cannot withstand external forces. YJV22 YJLV22 copper (aluminum) core cross-linked polyvinyl chloride steel strip armored sheathed power cable is laid underground and can withstand mechanical external forces, but cannot withstand large tensile forces. YJV32 copper (aluminum) core cross-linked polyethylene insulated fine steel wire armored polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable is suitable for high drop areas. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces and equivalent tensile forces.
1. Product Usage: This product is suitable for power lines with a rated voltage (U0/U) of 0.6/1kv to 1kv/3KV, for the purpose of power transmission and distribution.
2. Product standard: GB12706-91 rated voltage 3KV and below copper core, aluminum core plastic insulated power cables.
3. Product usage characteristics: (1) When laying cables in environments with temperatures not lower than 0 ℃, there is no need for pre heating. The laying height of cables is not limited. (2) The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable core shall not exceed the following regulations: for cables with an outer protective layer of polyvinyl chloride sheath, the temperature shall be 90 ℃; The outer protective layer of the cable is made of polyethylene sheath, and the temperature is 80 ℃. (3) When the wire core is short circuited (for a maximum of 5 seconds), the temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃. (4) The minimum bending radius for cable laying is specified as follows: single core cable: 20 (d+D) ± 5%; Three core cable: 15 (d+D) ± 5%. In the formula: D is the actual outer diameter of the cable, and d is the actual outer diameter of the conductor.
Flame retardant grades: ZA (Class A flame retardant), ZB (Class B flame retardant), ZC (Class C flame retardant), ZR (flame retardant)
