I. Product Standard:
This product is produced according to GB/T12706 “Rated Voltage 1kV ~ 35kV Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories” standard, and also can be produced according to the International Electrotechnical Commission's recommended standard IEC, British standard, German standard and American standard according to the user's needs.
Second, the scope of application:
This product is suitable for the frequency rated voltage 3.6/6kV ~ 26/35kV transmission and distribution lines for distribution of electricity.
Third, the use of characteristics:
The rated industrial frequency voltage U0/U is 3.6/6kV～26/35kV.
- Maximum allowable working temperature of cable conductor: 90℃.
The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short-circuit (maximum time not exceeding 5s) shall not exceed 250℃.
- The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0℃ when the cable is laid.
Cable bending diameter: three-core cable is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable; single-core cable is not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Fourth, the choice of the rated voltage of the cable
- The rated voltage of the cable should be suitable for the operating conditions of the cable system, expressed in U0/U (Um) kV.
U0 - cable designed for the conductor to ground or metal shielding between the rated frequency voltage;
- U - rated frequency voltage between the conductors for which the cable is designed;
Um - the maximum value of the “maximum system voltage” to which the equipment can be subjected.
