Product Usage:
Mainly used for transmitting audio, analog signals of 150kHZ and below and digital signals of 2048kbit/s and below. Under certain conditions, it can also be used to transmit digital signals above 2048kbit/s. Applicable to the city, suburbs and local areas of the overhead or pipe-laying lines, can also be directly buried.
1, wire: TR-type soft round copper wire in accordance with the provisions of GB3953, the nominal diameter of: 0.32,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9mm.
2, insulation: insulation grade high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, insulated wire in accordance with the full color spectrum of colors, identification marking, insulation color in accordance with GB6995.2 regulations.
3, twisted: two different colors of insulated single wire twisted into pairs in accordance with different pitch to minimize crosstalk, and the use of the specified chromatographic combinations in order to identify the pair.
4, the cable core: by the bitter dry basic unit or super unit twisted together, each unit with the specified chromatographic ties around the tie, in order to identify different units. 100 pairs and more than the cable plus 1% of the preparatory pairs, but no more than 6 pairs. (Wire diameter φ0.32mm cable, up to 10 pairs).
5、Cable core wrapping tape: non-hygroscopic tape wrapped around the core.
6、Aluminum-plastic bonded composite sheath:

7, identification and length marking: cable surface printed with identification marking, marking interval of 1 m, marking the contents of the model, specifications, factory name, trademark, year of manufacture and metering.
