Industrial explosion-proof platinum resistance is a temperature sensor. Widely used in industrial automatic control system, through the temperature sensor, the temperature parameters of the control object can be turned into electrical signals, transmitted to the display, recording and regulating instrumentation, the system implementation of detection, regulation and control. Principle structure
Explosion-proof RTD and assembled RTD structure, principle is basically the same, the difference is that, explosion-proof products of the junction box (shell) in the design of the explosion-proof special structure, the junction box made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting, and has enough internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength, the rubber sealing ring of the thermal stability in line with the national explosion-proof standards. Therefore, when the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not destroy the junction box, and the resulting heat energy can not be diffused to the outside-explosion transmission.
Due to the above explosion-proof special structure of the product, the product can be used in the range of d II BT4 to d II CT6 explosion-proof temperature group, as long as the user strictly observes the rules of use of the product, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effect.
