I. Product introduction
This product refers to 1.TICW06-2009 computer and instrumentation cables, 2.GB/T19666-2005 flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires and cables standard production, applicable to the rated voltage of 500V and the following for the high requirements of anti-interference electronic computers and automation connections with the cable. The core insulation of the cable is made of K type B low density polyethylene with oxidation resistance. Polyethylene insulation resistance is high, good voltage resistance, dielectric coefficient is small and dielectric loss temperature and frequency change of the impact is also small, not only to meet the requirements of the transmission performance, but also to ensure that the service life of the cable.
In order to reduce mutual crosstalk between circuits and external interference, the cable adopts a shielded structure. Cable shielding requirements are based on different occasions were used: twisted combination of shielding, twisted composition of the total shielding of the cable, twisted combination of shielding after the total shielding and other methods.
Shielding materials are round copper wire, copper tape, aluminum tape/plastic composite tape three. Shielding options: P copper wire, P1 tinned, P2 copper tape, P3 aluminum foil
Fire-resistant: NH, steel tape armored: 22, steel wire armored: 32
