Highly Flexible Drag Chain Signal Cable (Twisted and Double Shielded)
Mainly used for data and signal transmission in mobile drag chain systems for electronic control equipment, machine tools and other mechanical equipment. It is especially suitable for industrial environment, dry or humid indoor. The cable has good flexibility, suitable for frequent bending. Multi-twisted core wires significantly reduce the electromagnetic interference between the core wires inside the cable. Tinned copper braid shielding makes the cable highly resistant to external electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable data and signal transmission. The cable has excellent chemical resistance (in accordance with IEC811-2-1), oil resistance (in accordance with EN60811-404) and mechanical properties, and excellent mechanical properties to ensure that it is greater than 6-8-10 million cycle life. (Can be designed according to requirements, up to 20 million times of bending resistance)
Product Structure:
Conductor: annealed oxygen-free copper wire stranded in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 (or IEC 60288), category 6.
Insulation: Special PE blend material with excellent tensile strength and insulation resistance.
Core: core stranded into cable, core color according to DIN VDE 0293
Shielding: braided shield of tinned copper wire with a shielding density of ≥ 85%, (or double shield of tinned copper wire + aluminum foil winding)
Outer jacket: special PVC/PUR/TPU mixture
Sheath color: black and grey (customized colors available)
