I: Product characteristics and use
This product is suitable for AC rated voltage 450/750v and below for fixed laying of transmission and distribution lines, power transmission or motor lead wires, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosive gases, waterproof and other characteristics of the high temperature environment, stable electrical performance, high current-carrying capacity, long service life, is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, large-scale construction, automobile manufacturing and other industries.

Third: the use of characteristics
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 450/750v
2. Maximum working temperature:
Metafluorine F4 insulation does not exceed 125 ℃
Polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation does not exceed 200 ° C
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation does not exceed 260 ℃.
Shielding can be used: P copper wire, P1 tinned, P2 copper tape, P3 aluminum foil, PP2
Armor: 22 steel tape armor, 32 fine steel wire armor
3. Minimum ambient temperature: Fluorine plastic insulation and sheathing
Fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15
4. Cable installation and laying temperature should not be less than 0 ℃ (fluorine plastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheathed cable not less than -25 ℃).
5. Allowable bending radius of the cable: single-core cable minimum 15 times the outer diameter of the cable
