1、Halogen free low smoke flame retardant irradiation cable use:
Halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant irradiated cable is suitable for fixed laying in AC 50Hz, the voltage level of 1kV and below on the transmission and distribution lines for the transmission of electricity; halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant irradiated cable is mainly used in power plants, petrochemical, iron and steel mills, tunnels, papermaking, power substations and computer centers and other occasions that have a high demand for flame retardant.

3. Specification range:
(1) The specification of halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables conforms to <35kV and below cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables.
(2) Halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant control cable specifications in line with < cross-linked vinyl insulation and PVC sheathed control cable.
4、Main technical performance of halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cables:
(1) The flame retardant performance of the finished cables is in accordance with IEC60332-3 standard.
(2) Halogen-free low smoke material indicators:
a. Halogenated acid gas escape (mg/g) is 0.
b, PH value ≥ 4.3.
c, conductivity μs ≤ 10.
d, toxicity index ≤ 5.
(3) Oxygen index of halogen-free and low-smoke flame retardant materials is not less than 30.
(4) Light transmission rate of finished cable is not less than 60% as determined by IEC1034 standard.
