Flame-retardant: Z indicates flame-retardant, combustion grade ZA, ZB, ZC, ZR (Z on behalf of) to distinguish; F indicates irradiation, such as irradiation is not required to remove the F.
This product is used for AC rated voltage 450/750V and below in high-rise buildings, subways, tunnels and other facilities to undertake communication and power supply of various telecommunications equipment, electrical appliances, instrumentation, automation devices and building wiring and other heat-resistant flame retardant wiring.
1、Product characteristics
1.1, according to JB/T10491.2 standard production of a new generation of environmentally friendly flame retardant irradiated low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin insulation for the upgrading of the product, instead of the original BV, BVR and RV products of the wiring, with excellent flame retardant, low smoke, low toxicity, overcoming the traditional halogen-containing polymers produce a large amount of smoke during combustion suffocating and corrosive instrumentation defects, and a long service life! It represents the development trend of today's wires and cables.
1.2 It is especially suitable for use as flame retardant building wire.
WDZ-BYJ (F)-125 type wire flame retardant in accordance with GB/T18380.3 single vertical wire and cable combustion test.
The low-smoke performance of WDZN-BYJ(F)-105 type wire is in line with GB/T 17651 wire and cable combustion smoke concentration test.
The chlorine gas body of WDZ-BYJ(F)-105 type wires conforms to the test of GB/T 17650. Halogen gas overflow escape, when corresponding to a liter of water, the weighted value of PH should not be less than 4.3, the weighted value of electrical conductivity should not exceed 10ms/mm.
1.3、WDZ-BYJ(F):According to different use occasions, the selection has 105, 125℃, 150℃ temperature level.
“Z” according to the combustion level has ZA, ZB, ZC to distinguish. For example: WDZ-BYJ(F)-105, WDZ-BYJ(F)-125 WDZN-BYJ(F)-150.
