Product Usage:
AF-200 series mounting wire can be used for electrical connection of electrical appliances, instruments and equipment in high and low temperatures and various harsh environments. Fluorine-46 or F46, also known as FEP, Chinese name polyperfluoroethylene propylene, has a wide range of temperature, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis and a variety of chemical reagents, aging resistance, non-combustible, and other excellent performance, to protect the wires in extremely harsh environments for safe use. The product adopts silver-plated copper wire as the conductor, which has excellent conductivity and can be directly soldered without flux.
Product Structure
Conductor: Single stranded silver-plated copper wire or multi-stranded silver-plated copper wire stranded in accordance with GJB 1640.
Insulation: Fluorine-46, or FEP, Chinese name polyperfluoroethylene propylene, single-layer insulation.
Colors: black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, gray, white, colorless transparent, can be customized two-color note strip.

AF-200/AFP-200/AFPF-200 are extruded FEP insulated wires for high temperature applications. FEP insulation has excellent resistance to high temperature, corrosion, humidity, aging, abrasion, and flame retardant properties, as well as excellent thermal and chemical stability, oxidation resistance, and high reliability. Can be used in the environmental or conductor temperature within 200 ℃ electronic and electrical fields, can also be used in the current overload or mechanical pressure of the system, especially for the installation of space is limited, more sensitive to the weight of the instrumentation, electronic equipment, internal. Compared with PTFE insulation process is more efficient, can effectively reduce costs.
High breakdown voltage: FEP insulation material has excellent electrical insulation performance and good arc resistance.
● High and low temperature resistance: FEP's long-term use of temperature range of -190- 200 ℃, does not affect its insulation properties. Low temperature flexibility is good, high temperature can reach 230 ℃ for a short period of time, with non-combustible characteristics, away from the flame that is self-extinguishing.
Excellent corrosion resistance: FEP is almost insoluble in any solvents, and only few chemicals react with it, such as molten alkali metals, hydroxides, elemental fluorine, strong fluoride reagent-OF2, ClF3, etc. It has excellent corrosion resistance.
Excellent weather resistance: PTFE does not absorb moisture, is non-flammable, and is extremely stable to oxygen and ultraviolet rays, so it has excellent weather resistance.
