1： Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for fixed installation of transmission and distribution lines, power transmission or motor lead wires with AC rated voltage of 450/750v and below. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, waterproofing, etc. It has stable electrical performance in high temperature environments, large current carrying capacity, long service life, and is widely used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, large construction, automobile manufacturing and other industries.

Q/GS09-2015
The flame retardant and fire-resistant characteristics test shall comply with GB12666-90 standard
3： Usage characteristics
1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 450/750v
2. Maximum operating temperature:
Fluorine F4 insulation does not exceed 125 ℃
Perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260 ℃
Shielding options include: P copper wire, P1 tin plated, P2 copper tape, P3 aluminum foil PP2
Armor: 22 steel strip armor, 32 thin steel wire armor
3. Minimum ambient temperature: Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath
Fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃
4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0 ℃ (for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables, it should not be lower than -25 ℃).
5. Allowable bending radius for cables: The minimum allowable bending radius for single core cables is 15 times the outer diameter of the cable
The minimum requirement for multi-core cables is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
