The XBR series of self-limiting temperature heat tracing belts can provide a variety of electric heat tracing solutions. They are composed of two parallel busbars and semiconductor heating materials in parallel.The power output can be adjusted independently according to the environment and the surface temperature of the product. As the temperature rises, the resistance of the heat tracing belt increases and the output power decreases. On the contrary, when the external temperature decreases, the resistance of the heat tracing belt decreases and the output power increases.The self-limiting temperature tracing belt has good self-limiting temperature characteristics, so that it can be used overlapped without local overheating or burning out.Suitable for pipes, tanks, valves, flanges, and other heat tracing occasions.The product is suitable for explosion-proof, corrosive and marine environments.The XBR series self-limiting temperature tracing belt can withstand a maximum temperature of up to 200°C and a maximum maintenance temperature of up to 150°C.
