The principle of the three-phase constant-power electric heating cable is basically the same, the difference is that the single-phase belt adopts single-phase power supply, and the three-phase constant-power electric heating belt adopts three-phase triangle power supply. In addition to the characteristics of single-phase heating cables, the three-phase belt is particularly suitable for long-distance, large-caliber pipeline heat tracing and thermal insulation, and can be used for explosive gas mixture T3 group occasions in the first and second zones of the factory.
Product Structure and Working Principle:
Three parallel insulated copper strands are power busbars, and the electric heating wires are wound on the inner sheathed insulating layer, and the electric heating wires are connected to the power bus AB—BC—CA—AB... at certain distances (that is, “heating and cutting length”) in turn, and the power bus AB-BC-CA-AB... are connected in repeated cycles, forming a continuous parallel resistance between each two phases.When the busbar is turned on with three-phase electricity, each parallel resistor generates heat at the same time, thus forming a continuous three-phase power supply heating belt.
