Matters needing attention:
1. If deformation, cracks or damage are found on the outer shell of the junction box, it should be stopped from use and replaced with a new part.
2. During installation, prevent short circuits between the outer braided copper wire, heating wire, and core wire, with an electrical clearance of not less than 8mm and a creepage distance of not less than 10mm
3. When the excess holes in the junction box are not in use, a blocking plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm should be used to block them.
4. The power junction box casing is equipped with cables. When the current is less than 15A, 3 × 2.5m ㎡ rubber sheathed cables are used, and when it is greater than 15A, 3 × 4m ㎡ rubber cables are used.
5. The power junction box is equipped with grounding terminals for the purpose of grounding the heating strip.
6. When the power grounding box is used on a buried pipe, it should be sealed with 704 adhesive at the cable location after installation.
