Product Overview:
CH-LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a high-precision and high-reliability gas precision metering instrument integrating temperature, pressure, flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer, which is self-developed by absorbing the advanced technology of domestic and foreign flow meters and optimizing the design, and synthesizing the theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics and electromagnetism, etc. The instrument has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, a variety of signal output modes as well as low sensitivity to the disturbance of the fluid, and is widely applicable to the measurement of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas and other gases. With excellent low and high pressure metering performance, multiple signal output methods and low sensitivity to fluid disturbance, it is widely used in the metering of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas and other gases.
The product has been certified by the national quality inspection department of explosion-proof products according to GB3836.2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part I: General Requirements”, GB38362.2-2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Flame-proof ‘d’” and GB3836.4-2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 4: General Requirements”, and GB3836.4-2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Flame-proof ‘d’”. GB3836.4-2000 Explosive Gas Environment Electrical Equipment Part 4: Intrinsically Safe “i” standard test qualified, explosion-proof mark for Exd Ⅱ BT6 (explosion-proof), Eia Ⅱ CT6 (intrinsically safe). Applicable to 0 (only intrinsically safe) 1, 2 zone hazardous places containing ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC class T1 ~ T6 temperature group explosive gas mixtures.
Second, product features:
1. High precision, generally up to ±1%R, ±0.5%R, high precision type up to ±0.2%R;
2. Good repeatability, short-term repeatability of up to 0.05% ~ 0.2%, it is because of good repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration can be extremely high accuracy, in the settlement is the preferred choice of flowmeter;
3. With instrument coefficient three-point correction, intelligent compensation instrument coefficient nonlinearity, and can be corrected on-site
4. All valid data after power down to keep 10 years without losing;
5. Wide range, medium and large caliber up to 1:20, small caliber for 1:10;
6. Compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, large circulation capacity;
7. Applicable to high-pressure measurement, the meter body does not have to open holes, easy to make high-pressure type instruments;
8. Can be made into an insertion type, suitable for large-diameter measurement, small pressure loss, low price, can be taken out without stopping the flow, easy to install and maintain
9. Specialized sensor types, according to the user's special needs can be designed for various types of special sensors, such as low-temperature type, two-way type, downhole type, sand mixing special type;
